What could be wrong?

Just recently the other chickens are picking on one and she is slow and one pupil is dilated and the other not. Her head is looking purplish... not sure if it's because of them picking on her or if it is part of whats wrong... Anyone have an idea? Thank you!

Thanks for replying. I culled her last night. She was clearly in distress. Stroke? I'm not sure. Don't think it was marecks - but not sure. Thanks again
