What could this be

I was thinking gape worm but based on my reading it seems like a very rare occurrence. So that leaves respiratory infection. Shes absolutely fine aside from the head shaking and gasping. She still eats drinks and dust bathes. We do have one other lady that seems to have the same symptoms, so clearly something contagious.

She could possibly be trying to clear something in her throat or crop. Have you looked in her throat or checked that her crop is emptying?

I saw down her throat, it seemed clear and her crop seems fine also. It seems to come and go. I've been watching her more and I haven't seen her do it more today. And the other pullet that was doing it I saw her donut once or twice and now seems fine. I have no idea what it could be
