We'll need a better, less blurry picture to tell for sure. A side profile would also help. For now, my best guess is a game bird mix.

The small hen in front looks like some sort of Red Pyle Old English Game/mix of that breed. The hen in back could be a mix, too, or possibly a Blue/Splash Australorp or Orpington.
