What day do I "Lock Down"

What day do I stop turning eggs and Lock Down my Incubator? I read Day 18 and other times Day 19 can someone with incubating experience inform me I'm new to incubating and I'm on day 7 and want to be prepared ahead of time .

Lockdown on day 18. Count the days as 24 from when you set the eggs, that is day 1, then another 24 hours that's day 2 and so on. When you set eggs, if you set on a Monday, they should start hatching 3 weeks later, on a Monday. Good luck with your hatch!
