What day do I take the eggs out of the 'bator turner?

my hubby swears he just saw one of the turk eggs in the 'bator move! seein' as how he was gettin' a beer from the fridge right next to it, i dont think so... but thought i'd throw this out to the crew:

they arent going to be moving at day 19, are they?

also - what day do i take the turkey eggs out of the autoturner in the 'bator? 3 days BEFORE the expected hatch, right?? i just lay them on the wire mesh and wait for the pipping?

Stop turnign 3 days before hatch

I with out wanting to, left my eggs in the turner till pipping, out of 15 eggs only 2 didn't hatch, normally 3-4 days before hatch. I don't recommend what I did.
