What day does McMurray ship on for "week of 3/9" orders?

I just got my first order of chicks a couple of weeks ago. They were shipped on Sat Feb 21 and I got a call from the distribution PO to pick them up on Sun. I could have waited for delivery at my local PO on Monday. It was worth it to me to drive an hour to get them. They all arrived fine and have been very healthy, in spite of some cold weather and living in brooders in the garage. So, I think you will be fine. I have been very pleased with the health and growth rate of these fuzz butts.

This is my 3rd shipment, but the last 2 weeks we had a cold snap, just after shipping,(below 0) and they froze, very sad, I almost cancelled the order because of what happened. but this is the last try.

Our P.O. is wonderful. Last year they shipped on Saturday, April 26th and Sunday, April 27th at about 9AM the PO called and said that a delivery woman was on her way with the chicks.

That's back when they had the virus/sickness problem... lost 11 in the first four days.

Just got a call, DH is going to pick them up, the PO guy says there someone alive in the box.
