What day of development? *WARNING-GRAPHIC PICS*

I checked on my broody hen and she had a broken egg under her with a semi developed chick. As far as my records go, I believe she is on day 16 of development. The chick is very well developed with feathers and toe nails so I think she is farther along. There was a decent amount of blood and a good looking yolk. Any guesses? Here are the GRAPHIC PHOTOS-

Thank you. Wow, what a great article. It's head was between it's legs so I would guess it was right on track for day 17, which would have been today.
