So I collected my eggs and came inside and cooked one but cracked it too high and burned myself. What degree does it look like?

About 40 minutes ago and it was the oil that came up vegeatavke oil I had it turned up too high and the egg membrane was too thick to open and when I finally got through it it was up too high and splattered all over my arms

When I've burnt myself; lately I accidentally touched the heating element in the oven and I just had boiling water erupt over my hand a couple weeks ago. I run cool water from the tap over the area for an extended amount of time...1-2 minutes.

When I haven't been able to do that, the burn is worse.

Sounds like you've been having my luck. Just 2 days ago I accidentally dipped my finger into the deep fryer, apparently my depth perception was just a little off
