Well last year I had two hatches of 20 and both were completely unsuccessful. After they died I cracked the eggs open and it looked like they had been on maybe day 19 or 20. So what did I do wrong? Someone told me that I needed more air circulation, but how do you guys promote air flow in your bators? I had a fan and I had 5 cork sized holes for throughout the incubation. And then some said the himidity and temperature. But they looked like they were fine until they didn't hatch. I am so confused!!

Growing fully an not hatching, 9 out of 10 times is to high of humidity the first 18 days. The problem is humidity being to low can do it to. As can temp issues. But odds are if you have all or most eggs growing fully but not hatching your humidity is to high the first 18days.
