Went to the swap meet this weekend and fell in love with 3 little banties. I got 2 pullets and 1 roo from a guy selling for his son. He said they were silver duck wing. What is your opinion on what I got. I am curious. I have them isolated for now but was wondering if I will have problems if I put them in with my other 10 RIR hens and 10 BR hens.

The hen looks like an OEGB? I'm just getting to know the breeds though, so I'm sure somebody will know much better than me! Very neat looking birds no matter what

I would keep them isolated for probably around a month... I wouldn't take any chances with spreading something that possibly just isn't showing up in your new additions. Have fun with them!

They both look like Silver Duckwing Old English Game Bantams. Some people just call them by their variety, not the breed. So they are Silver Duckwings (which is the color), but the breed is OEGB.

Just like some folks call Black Breasted Red OEGBs the name of BB Reds for short.

Looks like I'm looking at my Rico. OEGB for sure, so is the female. They are GREAT birds. The females are great broodies , and wonderful moms, and the male is VERY protective of his girls. You'll love them!!!

He definetely seems to watch over the females. I have noticed that they are roosting on ground instead of in coop. I did see the roo up in the coop on a couple of occasions. Thought it might be too hot here in the deep south for them to sleep in the coop. I have also noticed the roo start pacing about when I start walking toward their pen, looks like he is anxious, settles down once I am there.
