What did you do in the garden today?

Well we had a nice dusting of snow, quickly followed by .15 inches of ICE. I swear. Mud or ice. I'll take mud, frozen mud. At least it was a decent day to finish, yes, FINISH the potting "shed". I do not like the look of the octopus of cords, but they are cold and I can't straighten them out until it warms up. So to flashback two weeks ago, this goofy little nook in front of DHs car. Useless, as it had no shelves, it just got heaped with stuff and things and spiders.

And after 2 weeks.......

and with the lights on. I have one LED grow specific light that does blue or red, or white, depending on what stage things are at. That's for my lettuce flat for winter nibbling. There is a curtain that can snap closed to block drafts in early spring when DH opens his garage door. The lights are all LED 4foot tubes and are all on a timer. Now on to the next thing. LOL The top shelf is storage.

:frow*wave’s @ the Gnome*
............He’s cute...........

You did a fantastic job!:highfive:
I’d love to have one in my house.
I usually have starters all over my counters. Grow lights & tables in my laundry room. My patio can look like a nursery....I gotta work smarter not harder!!
Absolutely Love IT !!!

starters all over the house never worked for me. I never had light before though and everything got silly leggy. I have a pair of kissing gnomes out there too. They didn't make it into the photo. I have a pile in a shopping cart at Johnny's seeds.

Another ice and snow storm is on the way for tomorrow. Ah February.

The latest storm is on track to get here is Tuesday afternoon. The snow totals keep changing so I won't put any gas in the snow blower until it's done. Four inches or less is not worthy of wasting gas. But it is warmer now. The potting shed looks great, just a little jealous. All the free space in my garage is dedicated to wood pellet storage. I have a potting shed in my backyard, however it is not wired so there is no power or heat. I use it when it's warm enough.

It’s currently 2* high of *27 scheduled for today with sunshine. We had a storm blow in yesterday. Horizontal freezeing slush and snow. The wind was so strong the chickens came out got blown around and they ran back in the run which was SO loud having the wind beat the tarps to death.
This weather really messes with all the titanium in my spine. :hit
Okay ... just had to boo-who I’m better now. I’m going to get my grow light set up and start some seeds. Anything but housework! Lol
