What did you do in the garden today?

What are these 'trees' you speak of? Lol.

They are dwarf leyandii trees

not going to get out today raining buckets think I,ll start the seed trays no veg yet but plenty flowers ,want more colour this year and more bee friendly .I tend to have the same plants but want more variety now .my dog found 2 more rat tunnels last night ,coming from the garden next door (more a junk yard than garden )looks like I,ll have to brave the weather to block them ,garlic or curry powder in the holes then lots of rubble and cement as far as I can push it in its worked before . getting light so going to let the chickens out and fill the wild bird feeders ,back later .
Try mint in the rat tunnels. Rodents hate mint.

My late night sarcasm was lost.

I was joking that you all were talking those lovely trees. We don't have trees. The great plains are less than 3% forest. Those that are here are only along the creeks or planted.

I HOPE to finish the potting shed area today. It snowed again, just enough to be annoying.

Just a small punch list of odds and ends. I'll try to get photos later.

Well afternoon all we have a great snow of the year all best off it is fine we do not need to go anywhere in the near future at least a week they say there is 2 more systems coming our way about every 10 years this happens will last till spring this is what it looks like here just now
