What did you do in the garden today?

Do you raise other mushrooms? Does it take much space?

My first time on these . I have done it off and on . This is more of a concession to age . It is hard to get out to look for them . This bed is about 5 x 10 feet and up to 1 foot deep .

@TropicalBabies I have a ton of seedlings so you're right, nothing to lose! I might even put some marigolds and other flowers in it. I'll post pics. I was just out in the greenhouse, it's warm and dry in there and it smells so nice!

Right out in the open. I just looked them up and the article made growing them seem pretty simple. Do you get enough to make the investment of time and space? How are they for taste?

Had salads last couple days from the garden planted more lettuce and mustard noticed some took my cucumber bush so bout 2 and a nice cantelope start get those in the ground next day or so

@NightingaleJen I decided I just can't drag the grapefruit tree in again so I wrapped it up in a fleece blanket despite the freeze warning. It's very used to the cold, it stays in the mud room that we keep just above freezing all winter & it's tucked up by the house & a fence. My motto is kind of do or die here, lol. I did bring in the small lime tree though cuz that's easier to move around. I'm not sure how well sheets would work for a freeze, do you have anything thicker? Blankets? But I get not wanting to haul them around!

Brought my seedlings back into the house... it’s raining and in the 40s out there

I was thrilled but had started seed in the garage so had them going early.
I have mint and chives at the front of the house all year almost many in the garden I can use all years for herbs
