One of the sunflowers will be blooming soon!!

This ladybug was a bit camera shy. 🤣 I tried to get a better picture but she kept moving to where I couldn’t see her!

Oh, and the puppies figured out how to get in the chicken yard.
I was able to rescue the one hen that one of the puppies was "playing" with. I reinforced the gate so we will see if it is puppy proof now or not.

Wow, thank goodness you got there in time. And I don't blame you, when I'm hungry my temper tends to get iffy. And that lady bug was probably busy chasing that aphid. :)

Unfortunately, I didn't ever really mellow out even after I ate. You know it's bad when my hubby says, " I hope you have a lot of things to do outside today!" šŸ˜‚

Ohh, it's like Christmas!! Lemon balm, and the lightly thorny everbearing raspberries sound great! I've got plenty of violets, mint and dandelions! šŸ˜‚ If you have any Black-eyed Susans I would love those!
Ok cool. I do! I have ones that look like this . They get a sickness every year w black on the leaves, but it doesn't seem to slow them down as a group.
Ill include some if you want, after that full disclosure

Campari tomatoes from seed. Need to be planted, but Where?

Other than that, this is a lot of my garden. Im in the process of pulling out violets, dandelions, and plantains because although i value them, they're outcompeting the veggies.

Does anyone know if you bury the tall sprouts of a potato plant by bending it over and covering it with dirt or manure or whatever, will it put out more potatoes from there as well?

I think the story is "yes". But i have mixed success with potatoes and havent figured them out yet.

I did read some varieties will make potatoes off the stem, and some won't.
