What did you do in the garden today?

OH picked up a dishwasher cover from etsy and LOVE it.
It's stainless steel originally, but OH the drips from loading and unloading and fingerprints drove me NUTS. It looks so awesome. I had no idea there was such a thing! (magnetic)
Yes, it will still get dripped on and marks, but at least it will hide them until I windex the thing once a week.

Sister is getting one as her's is white, and she calls her's the white whale. LOL.

Drawers near the door under the sink. That's a first. I've never seen that.

Yesterday I dug for potatoes I was pleasantly surprised. I actually got some potatoes! Not a lot but more than I’ve gotten in the past.
My question is what do you all do with the tiny potatoes ( white or red potatoes) and the long, skinny, tiny, almost root, things that were trying to become sweet potatoes ? Can/ do you save them and plant them next year to be your potato starts? Or do you just toss them?
Of course my biggest, nicest potatoes were the ones I seemed to cut through with the shovel while digging for potatoes 😞 but at least I got some🤷‍♀️
Happy Thanksgiving everyone

Learned a lesson this morning, open top chicken pen is a bad idea. :( Lost Inky (our only black Australorp) to a hawk. No Inky and a huge pile of black and grey feathers outside the pen. I'll have to string netting over the pen. Well, I guess it's Thanksgiving to the dumb hawk. Not going to let it spoil the day but I feel like I let her down. I hope it was quick.

Our plans changed around a little today too because of a couple sickies. Not sure if it's COVID or not. But we're doing the big day with everyone on Sat anyway.

Got 12 more cloves of garlic in.

The littles are getting so big, they're almost full size.
