What did you do in the garden today?

My BlackBerry and goji cuttings are sprouting! Couple more weeks and they can go outside.

Raked up some ground beds, got some composted added for this season's growing, turned some raised beds, tomorrow will plant some lettuce seeds. Love spring!

I thought you sounded a bit colder than me. When is your last frost date? You have a short growing season!
My average last frost is mid May, and first is the end of September. We've had last frost on Memorial Day weekend, first frost mid October. I keep an eye on over night lows, and frost sheets handy. It's a day-by-day thing for me!

Here too even though we're further south. Sometime sneaky Canadian cold air comes down for a night or two in late May. That's why the Tomatoes don't go in the garden soil proper until June 1st unless we are going to be obviously, and solidly, far above 35 at night.
Going to grab some more tomato seed in town today I think.
