What did you do in the garden today?

I started taking over a portion of our kitchen table with gardening doodads, lol. It has either been blazing hot or raining outside so I will officially be trying to grow stuff in the aerogarden, a tray of microgreens, and mushrooms! My thoughts are that I can grow lettuce inside while it's hot outside and herbs inside when it's cold outside!

Welp....DH said he would get up at 6:30.tp be out n help me get some stuff moved from pots into the ground behind the run...and to tie up tomatoes higher.
It's 7:30...n I still hear zzzzzzzzznoring!
My body is just in huge flare-up and I know if I do one tiny thing I will pay severely! Just turning in the bed last night sent massive pain through spine. And spine implant Dr can't see me til Aug Aug 3

I'll definitely update on how well it works! It's my first time using it. I haven't even filled it yet, lol.
My in-laws spoiled me when they came to visit and ordered all sorts of fun gadgets including this Aerogarden. It's basically a smart mini hydroponic system with everything you need included. Even the grow light is attached and you just raise it as they grow!

What I'm still kind of in shock over is that they also ordered me a freeze dryer! It won't be here for 8-10 weeks but I'm going to have an actual freeze dryer to preserve my garden veggies now!

I'm so sorry! I have a lot of physical issues too. Just do a little at a time and don't overdo it! I hope he wakes up soon to help you.

Ah ok...I hadn't been using miracle grow on anything except flowers.
The garden just gets bone meal, plant tone, fish emulsion, and worm castings...does that do everything it needs reckon?

I have an Aerogarden and use it for the same reasons. The directions say to trim your plants and I suggest you do. It makes them bushier and stimulates growth. I tried a patio tomato in mine, just one, and it was doing well but I let it go and went back to lettuces as that’s what we needed.
