You may have some other kind of invasive bugs check under the leaves for mites and or Aphids.

Jerry I went out and looked and I do not see anything on the under-side of the leaves or any of the stems. I might have had. I did spray dish soap on them last Fri. because I saw some kind of green bug and some type of larva on some on my leaves.

Ugh I think I have fast moving soil mites in my bin that contains two cucumber plants...how harmful are they? How do I get rid of them...they are light brown and move verrrrry fast and look like tiny spiders and are in the soil but not on the plants-there were LOTS of them...anyone's two cents is appreciated!!!

I cut some broccoli and harvested some leaf lettuce, and 2 kinds of kale. Had a nice salad, some steamed broccoli and bbq chicken legs. I will admit I bought the chicken legs at the store . I didn't have any of our backyard chicken legs in the freezer.

I also tied up the tomato plants some more. I have a couple of cherry tomatoes turning red. They'll be the first of the season. My surprise plants and starting to set some fruit . It is something that starts out round. I am still thinking pumpkin. My first zucchini rotted before it got big enough to pick, but I have another one on a different plant that's even bigger. Also, saw a couple of small cucumbers developing. Was a very hot, sunny day and then we got torrential downpours most of the night.

Along with PP recommendations, give them some epsom salt, about 1 TBSP per plant sprinkled at the base of the plants, or mix some up with the miracle gro at the rate of 1 TBSP/gallon.
