What did you do in the garden today?

It's been raining here for about 3 days now and there has been no sign of sun light, so I brought my babies inside to keep me company. I finally see a Brad's Crazy Cherry sprouting, so at least I got one of each variety that I planted to sprout (Brad's Atomic Grape, Prairie Fire, Black Plum and Brad's Crazy Cherry.) The bigger tomato plants are all Sun Gold Cherry.

For some reason, the Fruit flies in my area don't sting and lay their eggs in my cherry tomatoes like they do with bigger varieties. However, I can't complain because a can of whole tomatoes from my Don Quixote supermarket cost only a dollar and it makes perfect sauce.

I was just wondering if I can start my seeds now or in January to get better produce from the garden this year instead of waiting for Spring. I know my growing season is 281 days so just kinda trying to figure it out. Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and Seasons Greetings to everyone. 🌲❄️☃️
You can grow vegetables year-round if you get a grow tent kit for Christmas.

I have 3 greenhouses and one of the bedrooms would work for a place to put them but I was thinking more about being able to get the plants in the ground before April 15th. Of course PG&E has been sending their prices through the roof so until I can get off grid I'm not looking into lining their pockets. Lol

Does anyone remember what the brand of chicken food was advertised here with a 5$ coupon for 2 bags. I'm trying to figure out if they have a new feed for molting chickens. They are not old enough to start molting yet but I would like to be prepared.
I use feather fixer for molt. No idea about a coupon. Nutrina regularly has coupons though if you get on their list.
