Stupid New York State Thruway Authority.
I just got a $40ish bill for three passes through a toll in NewYork State a week before Christmas.
UM I haven't been to NYState since 1982.
AND it has DHs car tag listed, he was here teaching classes and hasn't been to NYS since 2000, and he didn't have this car or tags then and we didn't even live in Nebraska then.
AND the bill came with my name on it and HE"S the primary on that car and tag.

I have the Queen mix of Zinnias....they are easily 36-48" tall. So beautiful though....

NOT one of my zinnias bloomed or even came up last year.
I didn't think that was even possible.

I hesitate to offer advice on bees. I have been in and out over the years. It is not a sideline just personal use. I do not do many of the things everyone else does. I do not feed them as i leave them enough honey. I do treat for mites and hive beetles. I started with

The photo attached to the letter is blurry in the dark at best.

Looks like it could be several different mashes of numbers.
Certainly doesn't look like DHs plate though, not even close as his is a military disabled plate and has extra giant logos on it, and the photo is simply numbers.

I wasn't aware either. Him and I didn't agree on some things, he thought it was good to have government involvement in beekeeping and I disagree. But I've learned a lot from him and enjoyed Bee Culture very much.

I got 2 of those from California before, we have never driven in California.
The plate was like ours but we have a 0 with a line through it and picture showed the letter O.

Technology, eh?
Well, we made it to 20 today.
I spent the whole morning doing laundry, chipping ice of doors and windows, washing more towels, and reworking a bed pillow into a more usable shape and firmness, then sewing a new cover and case for it.
The afternoon was spent on the tractor moving that drift and pushing snow deeper into the yard before it froze solid again.

Auto guys said they put in a new battery. Um, how could the 3 week old battery have been the problem? Once the car was jumped and driven the battery was at proper volts. When I turned it off, it wouldn't start again and needed jumped again. Brand new alternator too.
I swear. Fuse, computer module....I have no idea.
