What did you do in the garden today?

I have kale in the garden starting to grow again... the deer are them off. Was below zero this year for a couple days
I bought a can of Glory Food's seasoned Southern Style Collard Greens from Walmart the other day. I wanted to taste the real Southern Style as noted on the can. I'll try them today for lunch.

I have some Prism Kale growing in a Kratky bucket, but I haven't decided how to cook them yet.

I used a battery-operated toothbrush to set tomatoes on my Tycoon plant and it worked. This is my first time trying this and I concluded that my $6 toothbrush was a good investment.

My Tycoon Tomato plants are growing bigger than this video. I think it's going to get bigger than 4 feet. My camera isn't working on Windows 11 anymore, so I can't post any pictures.

This is what got me in trouble the last time. I am going to Office Depot to see if I can find a new cable attachment for my camera. I think its damaged.

I just bought a cubic foot bag of potting soil. It's time to move my tomato and pepper seedlings to bigger pots. I'll probably do it tomorrow. Good rainy day project.

I'm planting my lettuce and bok choi in the garden this afternoon, as soon as it's in the shade. I will plant lettuce seeds for 6 more starts so I can get new lettuce plants in the garden every two or three weeks. The lettuce is on the far right side. It's from the free packet of seeds I got with my Baker Creek order.

I've used an electric toothbrush for years to pollinate my tomatoes. By the end of the season, it looks pretty gross... 😂

It was 82 today. Hopefully we don't get any more freezes. Lol

All the vegetable crop seeds are in the hoop now! Soil temp is still too low to direct sow beans. I'm getting anxious!

This weekend the beets go in, and more carrots. I'm ready!

Peas are starting to reach their trellis, the chard did not like the heat today. But the broccoli protected most of it!
