Here it's sold as "Georgia Blue Eyes". Cute little plant.

Squill is Jerry's blue flowers. I just dug one out the birds planted. Like most things there's good, it's pretty, and naturalizes ..
The bad , it is invasive and poisonous.

I didn't know it's poisonous. I will not move mine to where I wanted now. No need for the hens to give it a try. Thanks for the heads up.

Might not be poisonous to birds, because they spread the seeds. I was thinking of dogs

To me, it tasted like a cross between black licorice and molasses. Good bit of iron in it too.

Quiet here too, they're done for the year.

Does anyone here grow celery? I've got a bunch started but have never grown it. Any tips? Trying to figure how many per pocket. I'm guessing it won't look quite like the celery from the store?

Thunderstorms now. Rain through Tuesday. We have over 6 inches for the month of March. Average is 2.65 inches.
