What did you do in the garden today?

You've moved around a bit! Where's NS? I was born & raised in Minneapolis, have also lived in Jersey City, NJ, and in Oklahoma. Moved back to MN almost 10 years ago to help my parents. My dad had a form of dementia, and a few years later my mom got Alzheimers. Me and hubs took them both in to live with us at different times, when they could no longer take care of themselves. It was a truly traumatic experience for me watching them fade away and trying to take care of them. I don't think I'll ever really get over it. There's still a deep sadness in my heart.:hit
My family has many with dementia, I swear it's a curse. Good for you for taking care of them. I just couldn't do it for long, or I would be in a p padded room.

Most often we do not have extended cold in the winters deep freeze so they do not
die off I HATE FLEAS Years ago flew to NY taking 6 dogs to become a master groomer I battled fleas for a living getting me through vet school and becoming a successful professional handler at dog shows my real passion
I am a groomer as well, and have shown in conformation but really enjoyed obedience trials.

Picked 12 baskets of cherry tomatoes til I literally cried. John will have to get the rest (2 more types - maybe 7 more baskets) tomorrow before market (Tues market is thankfully at 4pm).

The great news is most of the cherry tomatoes and all the rosemary i can spare are already spoken for. A chef that came Saturday is doing a farm to table charity dinner tomorrow and he wants as many as I can give him (I don't think he realizes how many I have - but then I don't know how many people are going to this event).

Still have to make 7 batches of dough tonight. (Not as bad as it sounds, only 3 mixer sessions because I can mix two or three

batches in one bowl).

I already baked zucchini bread and one disk dough of sugar cookies.
