Just took my wild yeast sourdough loaf out of the oven and hour ago. Came out lovely. Funny, I smell and taste honey, but there's none in their, sugar either, although my taste buds are screwed up from allergies.
I also spaced out and made this from discard and not fed sourdough starter. LOL. I grabbed the wrong bowl from the counter. It still rose fine, and had great spring to it.
It's half brother, made from fed starter, is slow rising in the fridge ATM. I ran out of brainpower by 8pm. So tomorrow it is.
