What did you do in the garden today?

I've used socks that were going to be thrown out due to holes in the toes.

All my socks wear out in the heel first. Hmmm.

I do have several T-shirts that will make GREAT 'mater tying material.

Ironically, I finally got the oven spring I was looking for by baking my sour dough on the same day after 2 to 3 hours of refrigeration, and I got the ear by using the 5-minute score method.

I guess I was over proofing my dough overnight. This is the first time I got this kind of oven spring.

Just took my wild yeast sourdough loaf out of the oven and hour ago. Came out lovely. Funny, I smell and taste honey, but there's none in their, sugar either, although my taste buds are screwed up from allergies.
I also spaced out and made this from discard and not fed sourdough starter. LOL. I grabbed the wrong bowl from the counter. It still rose fine, and had great spring to it.
It's half brother, made from fed starter, is slow rising in the fridge ATM. I ran out of brainpower by 8pm. So tomorrow it is.

Due to work schedule, I can’t do anything in garden today but I did get a picture of our rooster yesterday! Cluck Norris! He’s the only one that looks like a rooster!
And he looks my legs up and down when I enter now too!
