Voles did a little more damage to my carrot patch so I picked them all today. At least the vole was efficient. It would start at the end of a row and eat each carrot in succession until it was full, usually around 8 to 10 inches of row.

They are either Danver's or Nantes half long carrots, don't really remember.

I harvested more onion trimmings, and have been trying to close any holes and gaps in my frost cloth for the upcoming 30-degree weather. It’s not supposed to hit until the end of the week but it’s supposed to rain tomorrow and I’m certainly not going to want to do it then.

I am back home. Still battling this cold. Laptop is wonky at times. Not sure how I will repair or replace. Got about 1 inch of rain recently.
