Mrs. Viss' Classroom Hatch-a-Long!

I also have a question about a malpositioned egg -

G, Girdy has pipped kind of in the middle towards the small end. I’m not planning on intervening until necessary, but has anyone had any experience with a malpositioned chick being able to hatch on their own successfully? Here’s a pictureView attachment 4292944

It isn’t too bad, but not ideal. Just wondering your thoughts!
Since it's pipped, just give it some time to see if it makes progress. If no progress in 24 hours from the first moment you noticed the pip, then I'd intercede. Here is an article on it if you need. https://www.backyardchickens.com/articles/guide-to-assisted-hatching-for-all-poultry.72886/

I have had several like that in the past I get from shipped eggs usually. Most of the time they make it out on their own. A couple of times, I've had to help a little by chipping the eggshell around its head area.

So it's hatch day! C'mon Pinkie Pie and all the rest! Come join your friends! 🎉

I second what @Debbie292d said, I've had some like that hatch just fine and others need a little assist.
Thank you guys. Egg R is pipped correctly, and I can see its beak coming out and it is alive, but has been pipped with little progress for over 24 hours. Should I give it a little more time, and then intervene? I’m afraid to open the incubator because all the other eggs have pipped as well. Humidity is 77 right now, as another one just hatched
