Seeds or seedlings are waiting? I would put what you have in the ground (peppers and tomatoes), cover them in plastic so the sun warms them and the cover will keep out any rain for a while....the roots will go crazy in the moist soil....Got tomatoes and banana peppers ready to go in as soon as it dries up some, also got lots of seeds waiting!
I use the incubator as a heat source to germinate seeds, even the hard to start hot pepper seeds sprout in a no time there.
