What did you do in the garden today?

I use round up just not in or within drifting of the garden, fence lines walkways borders. Not to say i have never have. Recently. I tired the vinegar soap recipe i found on one of these forums. It didn't work for me many of the area tomatoes producers, use a hilling and plastic method for their crop.

I never complain about the rain no matter how much. When the forest is burning down around you ir your buying and hauling water to your cows, you learn to except it.

half of the cherry tomatoes we picked today

Yesterday I unloaded this into the compost bin.....cow and horse manure. Needs to age and sweeten awhile but it will be here when I need it.

Using a new garden method this year called Back to Eden gardening, so weeds have not been an issue yet. Some small ones are sprouting in the soil that is left bare for sprouting seeds but they are easily plucked and used for mulch. Loving this method so far....

I like how you use the fence panels.
Thank you for the pictures. I am following your garden with a lot of interest.

If the panels do not need to be moved each year, that will be fantastic.
We do have nematode issues down here, so I have to rotate...but, I assume anything could use support, carrots couldn't go there or cabbages, but every thing else could.
I am getting too old to want to till and set up trellises each year. I think this is perfect for me.
