What did you do in the garden today?

Potted up a bunch of seedlings in 6 packs and 4" pots. have 1 more planting session to go. All of my seedlings are moved out into a 4 tier portable green house now. It gets moved in and out of the garage on a little cart that I made for it. Had to move it back in at mid day b/c the wind was so strong that I feared it would blow over.

Cleaned the grass out from around part of the CP garden fence. The grass provided some nice addition to finish off the next section of HK. Chicks got their first worm fest. They got lots of exercise!

In case anyone ever wondered, these tomatoes were planted the same day and received the same care except the first five got rabbit manure and the last three did not. See the difference? The first five are COVERED in flower clusters and the last three have yet to put one out.

No rabbit manure.

Dan I also love to use rabbit manure in my garden. I used it last year in everything also. One of the great benefits of having rabbits. Your plants look great!

Even the leaves are different colors. I do have plenty of rabbits, 24, with 4 or 5 more litters on the way. (Though a couple go today) they keep me in good stock.

I try to keep my rabbits down to a minimum so as soon as they are big enough they are off to freezer camp.

My strawberries love the rabbit fertilizer!

Rabbit manure is great! I've been double-digging the beds in my plot, and being sure to use plenty of "bunny berries".

I can't quite start planting, we've had 20 inch snow storms in late April so can't be too careful when you start planting around here.

Lol. Most of ours are grow outs still, with about three heading to camp this week.
