What did you do in the garden today?

I dug up my beets today. They should have formed an edible root by now, but they were all tops. My chickens won't even eat them. I'm planning on replacing them with pre-germinated cucumber seeds since it's so warm already. I also ended up replacing the failed broccoli with bush beans. Should probably just stick to what I know grows for the rest of this year.

My grapes died before I even got a chance to plant them but I finally got 1 day off so I completed the compost and put up fence in the new area and finally planted the rest. 19 tomatoes and20 peppers and added some oregano sage and thyme to try to keep those evil tomato worms at bay at least some. And gave my blackberry a new location where they will stay. Planted some yarrow and lavender and will add a trellis for butternut squash when time is ready Area in my shoulders I didn’t realize could hurt

I thought I would share this on antioxidants

I found this on Facebook this morning.

I only have had 1 time it was bad enough for a doc. Otherwise it acts up from time to time and goes away on its own. It’s not constant thank goodness. Hand gets tingling with shots of pain through the shoulder but should be fine in a couple days. I figure if I can push through it rather than go to doc I’m good with that. I’m in my mid 30’s now so we’ll see if it gets worse down the road

Once we age to a certain time our problems can lead to paraplegic
if we went to chiropractors
Orthopedist? Sorry, I went to school for massage therapy, so I have a particular interest in the matter. Plus, I have issues with own spine. You're never too young for degenerative disc disease. I have a disc in my neck that is so degraded it might as well not be there at all. Will have to have vertebrae fused at some point on down the road. I am 37.

The arm thing is likely thoracic outlet syndrome, an unfortunate nerve compression. Do you do any physical therapy stretches for it? If not, YouTube has some good videos on them you could try.
