looked pretty deep into Lemon or Orange none suggested for our zone

WOW at all the rain!

I planted my seeds yesterday morning......had very heavy rain and hail last night.

I am mostly worried about my dill seeds being somewhere else and maybe cabbage.

We don't normally get heavy rain.

My beans are up and so is the fence . Some of my grafted trees are leafing out . Busy time .

It is drizzling again today. I will fead to the local greenhouse to wander through and see what they have.
Might find something I cannot live without.

What better way to spend the day if you can't be in the garden! Let us know if you find some things

I may also try potting some cantaloupe. I read about growing them on a trellis.

I battle bind weed and a tough grass that travels by root runners. Nearly impossible to pull. Thinking pots may help for plants like cantaloupe and sugar baby watermelon.

What's the worst that could happen?

I can set pots in the main garden at the ends of the rows......

I am really really trying this year.

Watered this morning, took a few snaps while I was out there. I found 2 watermelons, one just starting but one has stripes on it.
I'm thinking about pulling the cherry tomato plant but haven't yet. It's got a few tomatoes on it but it shades other stuff so I've left it for now. It's leggy and not producing much.
The grapes are growing and the flowers are still blooming Going to give everything some fertilizer this week.
