Didn’t have time this morning to research phosphorus and tomato plants. Work in the morning took an extra few hours. We were getting ready to set up roadwork on the interstate last night when the traffic center called me and told us to hold on that because there was a tank coming down the interstate. What?! After calling some state troopers we are close with that I knew wouldn’t be on the scene found out it was not a tank but an armored military passenger vehicle. It does look like a miniature tank. Luckily he did not make it as far south of me instead went to downtown Richmond about 10 miles south of me and surrendered. It was all over the news everywhere but if you haven’t seen the news story you need to look it up because just seeing that thing rolling Down the interstate and then through the city roads is just insane. I guess a soldier decided to steal it and get in a chase with the police

So our work was sent back to not start till 1 AM

And luckily the armored vehicle was not loaded with any ammunition

Yup. At first it was very worrisome because the state troopers involved in handling it for ones I often work with closely so I was very worried for them. But after everything ended safely and no one was hurtJust watching it roll down those roads is actually kind of amusing. I’m just glad I was notified before it came so our crew wasn’t involved. The world just gets crazier and crazier doesn’t

Thank you Bc for sharing this article! I can't count how many times I just let the critters have the garden after fighting them off. Not wanting to use pesticides.
