What did you do in the garden today?

So I have done a lil digging and have found a place called seeds'n'such where the mountain magics are ONLY 2.79/5 seeds. :P Also they also seem to have other tomato seeds at good prices (15 pages) and I was able to find all the tomato seeds I was looking for. Their reviews online are neutral. So I will probably be going through them and see what happens!

Looking in my other catalog. Brb

Just checked ybterritorial seed co book. No mountains, but lots of other heirloom varieties.

Yeah, normally I only grow OP/heirloom varieties but I decided that, because of my serious blight issues, I would try to grow hybrids with serious disease resistance this year. So you probably won't find what I'm after in what we consider a normal seed catalog. Mountain Magic is a hybrid and so are most of the others I'm after.

Really?! Hmmmmmm thanks!
Yeah. I’d never thought of it but it actually makes a lot of sense when you do because aloes have regenerative, antiBacterial and antiviral properties which is why we use it on burns and cuts and bug bites.

I took hibiscus cuttings this morning. I’d say 1-2 hundred at least. That’s not even all the trimmings I pruned off that tree, those are just the bigger ones.

Last year I planted eleven of these canna lily corms, they were about this size with only one eye.

They went insane! Almost all of them (all but three) grew 15-20 stalks and got about 2 1/2 feet in diameter.
This is about average, there were some bigger ones. That’s my foot for size comparison. That boot is a size 13.

And here’s the wagon load I got from just digging 8 of them. I left the three smallest ones.

I ordered my service berry bushes and my honeyberry bushes today.

Drew up plans for a bee hive, and am considering building a hoop house. Hmmmm.

Still renovating a bathroom.
