What did you do in the garden today?

Here are the ten butternut squash that came from the garden from 5 plants. Although, I do know one plant produced 3 squash and another only 1. They should make good soup!

Good morning gardeners. What a nice haul of squash@Acre4Me. Very good looking. So jealous @karenerwin over your green bean haul. So, downsizing my cable is done. I just need to learn the channel lineup. I kept the DVR so I can record shows to watch when it is more convenient. I do have Pay-per-View available if I feel like watching a movie. I need to do more checking but I believe I have 3 or more PBS channels. I'm happy and the cost isn't supposed to increase because this is basic programming available through OTA digital TV. Cable TV wasn't in my original retirement budget but this is the only way to get TV in this area. Yesterday was a beautiful day with temperatures nearing 70F for a little while. Today just a wee bit cooler. I'm planning on getting a little more cleaning up done in the garden. We may get frost this weekend, but not a problem since all I have left in the ground are leeks. I don't know where all the squirrels went but the chipmunks have stepped up and are harvesting as many acorns as possible. It's funny to watch them stuff one in their cheek and then a second, then scramble for one of their many holes. Have a great day everyone.
