What did you do in the garden today?

My doctor mentioned something about that too, but I forgot.
I took zyrtec for years but its started making me pretty drowsy. Allegra works sometimes, claritin works sometimes. I used to take advil cold and sinus, but it wasnt always easy to get and could get expensive. I absolutely cannot take anything in liquigel form.
What about flonase sensimist? I also got nosebleeds and nasty sore throats, etc with any kind of nasal spray, but I can take the sensimist and it works pretty well. It just doesnt help my hives, i still have to take a pill for those.
Good grief! We're all a train wreck!

I picked a bunch of Rattlesnake green beans and Cherokee wax beans, a few tomatoes, three eggplants, some broccoli shoots, and jalapenos. Pretty happy with today's harvest!

Walked through the garden and said Hi!.. Still have tatters to dig. Rhubarbs up, but no asparagus.. so I think I'm okay. Need to get off my keister this weekend.. Dig it! Too early here, 'May' till some. But month and one half too early to set out seedlings.. 4/15/2021.. Taxing! Delayed.

My current allergy regimen includes loratadine (off brand Claritin). Nasacort spray and Anti allergy eye drops. On their own they don’t do much but the combination works wonders and doesn’t cause the side effects most other allergy meds gave me. I’ve had bad reactions to Sudafed, chlortrimadon, and another I can’t remember the name of. I also had a really bad reaction to the off brand nasacort. I also carry an epipen for food allergies.

Change your diet.. recognize what causes flare ups.. Milk.. etc. "pharmakeía (from pharmakeuō, "administer drugs") – properly, drug-related sorcery, like the practice of magical-arts, etc."
