Love my cricut machine.I need to figure out a good way to make signs. I used Sharpies but they fade away within a month or so. I've tried other kinds of tags but they disintegrate.

That’s ok, it didn’t cost me any cash Hubs is off Friday so I’ll have him put it together and we’ll give it a try next weekend. If it works ok it will help a lot with the trimmings that always add major bulk to my compost every spring. Nothing much outside today, I’m headed to the kitchen to give it a thorough cleaning this afternoon. Have a good night all.
Wood, sharpies and a spray can of UV stable clear coat.I need to figure out a good way to make signs. I used Sharpies but they fade away within a month or so. I've tried other kinds of tags but they disintegrate.
Last time I did that, the sharpie still faded off.Wood, sharpies and a spray can of UV stable clear coat.

Lol, we have this points for performance thing at work that gives us a catalog of stuff to choose from based on what we have in our bank. It’s about 50 cents on the dollar so that shredder cost me 350 points where it would have been about $170 cash. The points thing includes shipping and if you have enough points, it can also cover the taxes. I got a mini greenhouse one year that I gave to my DIL and she loves it.Wait a second... it didn't cost you cash? Did you win it or something?
I like using Excel for mine.I use my mother's signs: a stick with the seed package pushed through it so that wind does not blow it.
I am thinking of making a garden plan with details on a paper sheet or computer. no fancy programs, just a simple drawing.
I think they reformulated the sharpies. I've been having trouble with the last lot I bought on other projects too.More clear. Lots more clear.
