I see hail in that storm @Acre4Me. Mind your head and take cover. Hope everything comes through ok for you.

Wish my garden some good luck! We are in the moderate level of risk for a sucky storm-hail, possible derecho, straight line winds, possible tornados …so, hopefully the tomatoes and peppers and the rest of the garden comes out unscathed.
This is what I did. I put two stakes in the ground on either side of the asparagus patch. Then I took twine and strung it across. If you zoom in and look at the left, you should hopefully be able to see the small stake and the brown twine. If it didn’t stay I would have put a second string 6 inches higher.I have this problem! How do you tie them up? Can you post a picture, please?
Nice. I'm pretty sure that I keep picking my radishes a little early, but oh well, they still taste good. I just picked one today, I still got to find something to do with it. A lesson learned yesterday- never leave your radish on the counter over night. Mine went mushy and in-edible.This is what I did. I put two stakes in the ground on either side of the asparagus patch. I'm off all allergy meds and I am miserable today. I feel like a spacey, congested, slug. I feel your misery ::I went to check on the Vitex, been watching those because I took the shades off. They look just fine and what I thought was a wilted leaf yesterday is actually a broken stem. Those things are amazing, I was positive I’d killed them when I transplanted the second time. The smallest lilac is looking rough still, I think I’m going to pile on some more hay and make a berm around it for now. Probably more compost too. It’s windy again this afternoon and I am trying to switch to Claritin from Zyrtec; my nose is stuffy and I’m tired. Going to make the coleslaw dressing and then have a nap maybe. Take care all.
Ah! I wish my asparagus ran along the fence, instead of perpendicular to it. But you have given me a great idea, so thank you. This is what I did.
