What did you do in the garden today?

Just picked some zucchini flowers, I'm pretty excited to try them once I prepare them. Only six, there were a few more tightly closed ones that I didn't pick.

There was also a nicely-sized carrot that I pulled up earlier, but the leaves broke and I needed to use a garden fork to help get it out of the ground.

It's cool-ish today...not 90 yet. For some reason both me and my lo slept hard and didn't wake up till 8. Super unusual hopefully we were just tired not getting sick. I have a root canal today soooo I'm gonna try and chill until then and write up my plans for the garden, locate all my seeds and do dishes 🙃 dental work is terrifying.
I fall asleep at the dentist, even during root canals.

Called in to doc's office, where I usually only get VM, and was going to say 'hey, queen of the sinus infections has one, need meds called in",and then have DH pick them up on the way from the city.
She actually picked up the phone, a HUMAN. She said since I am just post covid that doc wouldn't call in a script so I had to come in, but she had had a 1130 cancellation, could I make that? UM YA.
So got my ugly, spacey self there at 1110, sat in a room until 1240. Doc was there for less than 2 minutes, when? how? fever? pressure? blah blah, Sinus infection, script called in. Sigh. 1030-1pm and $1.50 worth of pills, and three gallons of gas. ONE annoyance, and this is my regular doc, is that he didn't give me my regular antibiotic for it. He gave me plain amox. which usually turns me inside out, gives me a rash, and makes me sick as a dog, IF it works at all. I'm hoping I'm far enough through this one that it will work.
I also got the feeling that sinus infections yeast, bacterial, and viral are all VERY common post covid. No real surprise there.

Currently feels like 109.

Spread some mowed grass all over the garden and picked some veggies and fruit.

(The pepper is open because I’m thinking about planting some pepper seeds and grow them indoors.)
