Merry Christmas all. Had a very rough night last night, almost went to the er but I’m feeling much better now. The on call doc talked me off the ledge, poor guy, I was bawling to him on Christmas Eve, lol. I just don’t know why they rush people out of the hospital so quickly then get all stingy with the pain meds.

supposed to warm up around here a bit the next few days.

I ordered some Early Girl 2 from etsy, and I should get to plant them next week. Its a determinate type which grows differently from the original indeterminate Early Girl.
I have been watching tomato sandwich videos on youtube lately and can't wait to try them. I don't think I ever ate a straight tomato sandwich before.

Put a slice of cheese on that sammich with some ranch, it's heaven.
Throw in a little bit of bacon and lettuce YUM!

Although we only got maybe 2” of snow, here are the two sides of our driveway. It’s A LOT of snow blown around by the 2+ days of high winds. My teen scaled the piles for fun and function- we can’t see the road or any cars coming down the road, so teen was lookout while husband left for work.

It is total heaven. We have GREAT neighbors, 25 acres. I am the luckiest person I know.

After spending 21 years in the military, moving every few years, I pretty much vowed, im gonna buy a place and DIE here, I am NOT moving again ! But who knows, mebbe I win the lottery and someone moves my junk for me

I grew up with tomato sandwiches Nothing but thick slabs of tomato, a little mayo, salt and pepper....yum. My hubby won't try them... he prefers onion sandwiches made with nothing but a thick slab of onion and a little mustard
