What did you do in the garden today?

I made more of the squash too, I just put a few on for the pic.

I have to take care of the plants, I have to process the veg, or I have to clean up the garden for the next year.

Oh, yeah, said this a lot.

Just add "I can't leave the chickens" ~ and we'd have the same story

Same here. We can't be the only ones. I'm sure there are many others.

I with I had a trusty chicken sitter once in a while. You both are blessed!

I on the other hand can make a shopping list in order, by shelf placement as you walk down the rows, by memory.

Now I thought I was the only one who did this. I think it helps me remember what I need. I think I get through the store faster too. I hate to shop!

while tending and watering the flowers and watermelons, ‘maters, cuke, beans. I found this tiny green anole on my giant deformed 5’ tall marigolds. T’was likely hiding out up high for the ranging birds, smart fella!

We have anoles and skinks. I love watching them, especially when the male anoles start puffing out their red throat. They think it will impress the ladies

Anoles love aphids too. I watched one at work on some rose buds once. I wanted to give him a little pat on the head. They are welcome!

Our supermarkets here rearrange their shelves almost every 6 months or so, so that you don’t get too comfortable going shopping

Costco will do that too.

The store I shop at is a small rural grocery. They pull things and clean shelves but mostly things are put in the same spot or very nearby.

Now the Walmart in town. I don't go there very often. They move stuff all the time. They are presently remodeling. Who knows where stuff will be by the time I'm in there again.

I don't really have a lot of choices without driving a bit.

Costco started here still here We go about 50 miles one way I joke they want to keep us on toes moving things.
