This time I glanced and saw "farthead". Guess I need to read slower and put my Evelyn Wood training on the back burner.FYI Rosey minnows are a color variant of fathead minnow.

RIGHT?! We don't have a coat closet, hall closet, no pantry, OR linen closet/storage here. It's insane! It's a farmhouse FCOL.Minimal closets, totally missing a coat closet...I mean Who designed this pathetic house? No attic, no basement, no pantry, no garage. I had to have a garage built & I currently have sheds for storage. It's true we use some stuff seasonally, but mostly we really do wear 20% of our clothing (our favs or weather/work appropriate) 80% of the time. I'm usually in work clothes, chicken clothes, gardening clothes or cozy house clothes. I'm going to donate a ton of clothes that I won't be wearing, some never ever worn. Stuff has gotta go! Make more room for bird & gardening related stuff!![]()
I believe only the French marigolds deter nematodes if you do givea try. try.Have you tried growing marigolds? They're supposed to deter nematodes.
Not during but after lambingLast night we thought one doe was in labor…so we brought out some warming water with some blackstrap molasses. She sniffed and backed away. Surprising bc her textured feed seems to have some molasses in it, and they both seem to like it. But, turns out she wasnt in labor. Must be close, but no labor.
Fathered Farthead Minnows...Now that's what I call an accomplishment! This time I glanced and saw "farthead". Guess I need to read slower and put my Evelyn Wood training on the back burner.
How do you know if the Marilgolds are French?I believe only the French marigolds deter nematodes if you do givea try. try.
I've only grown African before. They are larger plants and larger flowers for sure. I had marigolds well over 3ft tall. They both have a pungent odor that is supposed to help deter pests. Not sure I'm convinced though as voles had holes right next to my marigold plants before. How do you know if the Marilgolds are French?
I saved seeds from last year's flowers & they ain't talkin'
Well, they germinated in my yard but I guess small Marigold flowers are French?
I found this...
What's the difference between a French marigold and a regular marigold?
The two main species grown in home gardens are the French marigold (Tagetes patula) and the African marigold (Tagetes erecta). French marigolds are more compact in stature, with smaller flowers. African marigolds are much larger, with blooms up to 4 inches across. Marigold leaves are finely cut and fernlike. Jan 19, 2021
I've loved Marigolds since childhood. Well, I learned something today.
