Sounds delish, lol, but we don't drink milk so I never have it here - I use Listerine & water for powdery mildew.Cinnamon milk: 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 c milk,1 c water. Mix and strain into a spray bottle. It treats powdery mildew and black spots.
LOL! I'd have done the same! I have a friend petrified of spiders. If she has fuzz in her hair & you start to lean in to pick it off & say, 'you have...' she is already half way down the road ripping her clothes off. I've learned over the years you just sneak up on her, grab the fuzz & say FUZZ really loud. Or you just leave it.Today I was weeding, and making GREAT progress. Then something crawled down my lower back and I yelped and swiped. It was still there, so I was peeling off my sweat-stuck pants and shirt to get it out. I was afraid it was a yellow jacket, as I've seen them around.
I think it was a deer fly, or maybe a regular fly. Not a yellow jacket as that would have been a scream worthy event, not just a yelp.
Even if the neighbor had been in the front yard, I was screened by lots of trees and bushes. At that moment, I didn't care, I just had to get the bug off me.

I have been seeing recipes popping up a lot lately for a compost tea made of banana peels.I have a banana every morning (well, M-F), so I would love to know what else I could do with them besides just put them in the compost!
If you find out what they're good for, please let me know...![]()

I always say if you're looking, you get what you deserve. My bottoms are basically shorts. More coverage than some shorts I've seen on kids these days... I frequently go in the yard in my sports bra and 'boy shorts' after I work out in the morning; I cool off, water the garden and drink my first cup of coffee. Though I'm usually out around 7am, my neighbors have likely seen me in skibbies. My thought is that it's my yard... Don't care; mind your own business. If I caught someone staring I'd give them an earful though.![]()

I'm out in the garden this am & DH comes up & says did you forget something last night? I'm like, obviously - what? I left the water on watering the tomatoes & squash all night.
