We like to have them handy -really easy to drain, rinse, then pan fry (just to brown them) or add to something else. Prep work done!Good morning gardeners. Still sprinkling outside. No plans for garden work today. I’m almost done preparing the garage for the stove pellet delivery. I uncovered the last pallet and realized I have 11 bags of pellets left. I checked with the vendor and they will be happy to move that pallet out of the way so they can place the full pallets tomorrow morning. That saves me from having to move those bags twice. That alone makes me so sad. Have had that happen with all my grapes a few times (birds), and Italian plums. Found a pile of seeds on the ground. Darn coons.I had a cantaloupe almost ready to pick. Something ate it last night![]()
Was the seed from packet, or saved seed? Kind of looks like a white spaghetti squash. Saved squash seeds will be a cross of ones you had growing the previous year, or even from a neighbor's.View attachment 3905943View attachment 3905944
