What did you do in the garden today?

Broke the last of the hydroponics plants out of the ice and brought them in. Some still appear alive, and if they survive my casual neglect will be put back in the tanks once the ice melts.

As of yesterday there were still fish alive under the ice, so there is hope! My floor ended up an inch deep in water because the pumps kept working after the overflows froze.

The catchment tanks froze as well and added their bit to the ice rink in the garage/barn. Lessons learned: turn off pumps and close valves when it gets that cold!

How cold did it get before hell froze over

I always wonder why they thought tomatoes were poisonous.
Not sure if this is true but makes sense.

I am trying a new recipe today called shrimp with lobster sauce. I prepped all my stuff, and realized I need an egg. I hope my chickens lay an egg today. The last time this happened they didn't come through for me.

‼️ THANK YOU. I used to have a nice Chinese place near me that made it with the pale sauce, and it tasted like the feeling you get when you’re inside wrapped up in a warm blanket with a good book when the weather is nasty.

Then they changed it to the soy sauce version and after that it just tasted salty. 🤮😡 And every place I’ve tried since then has done the soy sauce version!

I just placed another order for stuff from Temu, I couldn't resist this shirt, it was only $4 with free shipping. I am not sure if I need help.
Copilot: Yes, being a "shopaholic" is a real condition, often referred to as compulsive buying disorder or oniomania. It's characterized by an uncontrollable urge to shop and spend money, often leading to financial problems, emotional distress, and strained relationships. People with this disorder may shop to cope with stress, anxiety, or depression, and they often feel a temporary sense of relief or pleasure from making purchases.

But its only $4............:frow
