I just took photos of pole beans. Also took some photos of the raspberry bushes on the hill. I think the different shape is likely from drier conditions up there.

Your weeds are also doing well I see. Not as well as mine but you ‘ll maybe get there one day. Raspberries look nice.

Just pulled the spent cabbage plants from the garden( not sure why I left them in after harvesting the heads….. oh that's right I had an acute bout of the lazy syndrome) and weeded all of that mess plus weeded around the beans and all of THAT mess. I was going to pull the beans but found what looks like another good harvest so later today I will be out doing that. Some of the beans are Calimas which I believe are heritage so maybe will let some dry for next years planting May not happen though because I’m feeling another bout coming on.

An update on the mutant scalloped summer squash blooms. Here is a fresh male blossom (left) compared to a regular yellow summer squash (right), all that is visually different is the structure of the center where the nectar is. I couldn’t be bothered to find a flower diagram to give proper names to the parts. All the scalloped male blossoms have an “outie” while the usual summer squash have an “innie”.

Not even that… Tuesday is my “I am mentally ill day”. I do acupuncture therapy, psychotherapy, meet my social worker and eat outside.

Sounds like someone needs a hobby.
