What did you do in the garden today?

Did a ph test on the garden beds (after planting, it figures) and I'd dropped from a 7 at beginning of season to 6! Must've been all that rain! The mustard greens I put in the worst bed will handle that, but time to mix A little garden lime into the fertilizer. Glad I checked, usually only do it early in the season

I was looking into getting something similar to those a while ago and remember hearing that they didn’t work well. Or maybe that was a video I saw on cut proof kitchen gloves? I will have to look at them again, thank you!
They aren't stab proof, but they definitely help with slicing. I use something similar for my left hand when I process birds. Right hand has the knife.
I normally wear a women's large glove, which I haven't found in cut proof, but a man's small fits. Most farm or hardware stores should carry, so you could try on a pair

Okay I’ll definitely check them out then, thank you! I have big hands so I usually have trouble with gloves being too small but I bet that I can find something

Footage has captured the bizarre moment an everyday appliance made an unexpected dash for freedom on a quiet Aussie street. News.com.au
Looks CGI. The street, the lawn, the planters are too perfect. And what's with the white dashes across the lawn on the right side of the screen? Not buying it.

My brain managed to function for once and I realized that by folding the sides of a 15 gallon grow bag in half makes it that by using 50% more soil I can get 3-4 times the harvest compared to a 5 gallon grow bag with more shallow rooted plants or stuff like radishes. I planted a bunch of spinach in it
