Thanks! It is me! It's just so much easier to get it done when it cools down like now instead of the heat of summer. Plus, it seperates all the tomato water from the tomato, so not as much cook down time. 37 is definitely a temp to be wary with! We are having such a a late fall. We should've already had a freeze and haven't even had a frost. I'm gratefulGreat looking salsa! Nice and red. So is it you that freezes your tomatoes before making salsa with them, or was it someone else here?
I put 5 gallon buckets over two habanero plants to save them if it frosts tonight. 37 degrees is predicted, and that's low enough to be wary.
