What did you do in the garden today?

I got the garlic and multiplier onions treated, soaked, and planted yesterday.

This is what I do for the treatment and soak:

We had another bit of rain last night. I don't know how much; haven't checked the bucket. I think on the next dry day, I'll put the mulch over the garlic and onion rows.

They are forecasting 36 for a low Friday night. I sure hope so! Kill off the bugs!

I really need to get the last of the finished compost dug out and taken up greenhouse so that I can make next year's potting soil. But the dang yellow jackets are buzzing around it! I don't want to dig that stuff up wearing my bee suit so that I don't get stung. The suit is too warm to do that kind of work in.

So please, Mother Nature... frost? Please?

A while back I mentioned that I bought a small flour grinder to grind my beans into flour and after grinding my beans into flour, it's been sitting on my counter idling, so I decided to buy some coffee beans. I've been using Yuban and Folgers ground coffee with my Keurig coffee machine, and the taste of freshly ground coffee beans is worlds apart from brand name ground coffee. I think I got addicted to the taste of freshly ground coffee beans. Now, I will have a hard time finishing off my Yuban and Folgers ground coffee.
