Oohh, cool.Tried to count the dipping gourds now that the leaves are dying off on the plant and I can see them better. I think I have about 50 big ones. I’m going to leave them hanging there all winter and then in the spring give them to one of my daughters who makes them into lamps.
So our chickens get a daily treat of sunflower seeds, BSFL, blueberries, and grapes. Plus they rummage through the garden for tidbits as they free range. Should we consider them to be spoiled,?
Beautiful garden.Im just getting started here. The bugs and fungus have not found me to dash my dreams yet.

wicking beds are awesome but first tomato ripe was starting to split. We had some rains but think I need to keep an eye on water level. Temps still in the mid 80s but cooling to low 70s in the early mornings.
